Data Science graduate students participating on pre-approved MDP sponsored projects are eligible to earn MDS Capstone credit.
Requirements:
1. MDP projects must be DS-related and pre-approved by the Data Science department (click here to see all projects pre-approved for MDS Capstone).
2. Both semesters of MDP must be successfully completed to receive Capstone credit.
3. Students must enroll in 2 credit hours of ENGR 555 during both semesters of the project, and/or a total of 4 credit hours, to receive Capstone credit.
4. MDS students are advised to draft their proposal and submit it to their MDS advisor during the summer in order to receive Capstone Credit.
