
Beth Cable
Beth Cable is the Senior Academic Advisor supporting over 800 students engaged in the Multidisciplinary Design Program (MDP). Her role includes guiding students through project applications, course selection, and curriculum planning. Beth works with department advisors and faculty across 12 schools and colleges to facilitate alignment of student enrollment across academic programs, as well as administering the Minor in Multidisciplinary Design. As a certified Stanford Life Design Instructor and Brené Brown “Dare to Lead” facilitator, Beth is available to provide team development, coaching workshops, and one-on-one student support.
Beth currently contributes to campus-wide advising and student success initiatives. She brings experience from her previous roles at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, Eastern Michigan University, and in secondary education, where she focused on academic coaching, curriculum innovation, and professional development for educators and youth leaders.
Beth holds a Master’s of Education in Teacher Leadership from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor’s in Education and English from Denison University.
